Prior to Site Weld, the 15 years prior saw Stephanie take on the role of Human Resources and Health and Safety for a business of 70+ staff at its peak.
Knowing that the heart of any thriving business big or small, is an efficient administration, happy staff and a proactive Health and Safety environment, Stephanie is more than qualified to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Juggling four children and a business has its challenges but is hugely rewarding.
